Project Romeo is a Filipino indie pop duo formed by brothers Louie Bullo and Sean Bullo from Tacloban City, Leyte.

Inspired by their late father, Romeo, their music blends heartfelt melodies with themes of love, nostalgia, and faith.

Despite pursuing careers in Food Technology and Drafting Technology, their passion for music never wavered. Sean showcased his talent
in competitions like Pop Star Kids on GMA 11, while both honed
their craft in their Christian community’s music ministry since 2004.

Project Romeo was born in 2019 as a tribute to their father, whose love for old love songs, country, and folk music shaped their sound.
Their dedication extends beyond music, as they also run Romeo Must Be Smiling Cafe in Carmona, Cavite—a heartfelt nod to his memory.

With their evocative storytelling and soulful harmonies, Project Romeo continues to create music that resonates deeply with listeners.
